I brought my Volvo XC90 in for front-end repairs including the bumper, headlight, hood latch and a new windshield along with everything else that goes with those repairs. Because Volvos are packed with advanced safety tech, I was nervous about the repair, but Ortiz body shop handled everything flawlessly. They worked directly with my insurance company, making the entire claims and approval process completely stress-free for me. The new bumper fits perfectly, the paint match is seamless, and the safety-critical hood latch works smoothly. They treated my luxury SUV with incredible care and delivered it looking brand new. I knew I was in good hands from the beginning. I was impressed with Mr Ortiz knowledge and expertise and made me feel confident that I had come to the right place. Highly recommend

My experience with Ortiz Body Shop was top tier. Their communication skills were terrific. They updated me with new information almost every other day. I felt like I knew them for years. My Kia Stinger was brought to them for a side fender and front end hit. The work they did was amazing. Color match was top tier and the repairs seem like they’re not there at all. I’m already recommending them to friends and family.. will update with photos later

Ortiz Body shop did incredible work on my 2025 F150 lariat. My truck had heavy hail damage. When I receive my truck, it looked like it never happened. The paint match is next level. You could never tell the difference. The quality is perfection. Mr. Ortiz does a final walk-through and inspects every piece of the vehicle. He once received an incorrect item and was honest and accountable and got me the correct parts. I will come back to Mr. Ortiz for any of my paint and body needs. He treats you like a great friend. Thank you, Ortiz Body shop. I hope I don’t have to see you soon for repairs!😂 But I will come by to visit. (3 before photos/4after)

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Ortiz's body shop for their exceptional work and dedication. My vehicles were severely damaged in the hell storm, but Mr. Ortiz's team did an outstanding job in restoring them. I will be bringing a third vehicle to their shop as well. I highly recommend this body shop, as Mr. Ortiz is committed to supporting the community. Once again, I would like to thank Mr. Ortiz for his outstanding work, which has earned my trust.
